A representative of SLBG will meet with you (and your project team) for an initial consult. You will be provided with a comprehensive summary, including suggestions for next steps, deliverables, as well as associated fees.
Design & Project Estimating
SLBG works closely with local design firms to customize this process for each project. Applying budget “checkpoints” within the design process is a key component in creating a design that is reflective of the proposed project budget.
Construction
After an intensive, well informed pre construction design, the construction phase of your project is efficient and stress free; enjoy watching SLBG’s talented project managers bring your project to life!
